KM3NeT upper bounds of detection rates of solar neutrinos from annihilations of dark matter at the solar core

چکیده
The Weakly Interacting Massive Particles (WIMPs) so far remain one of the most popular candidates for dark matter. If captured gravitationally inside core Sun, these WIMPs may produce high-energy neutrinos as end product in case they undergo self-annihilations at solar core. In this work, we address detectability such proposed KM3NeT detector. Upper bounds detection rate are computed a generic matter scenario and also when specific models particle chosen. upper muon event rates different annihilating masses each cases annihilation channels (e.g. [Formula: see text], etc.). These by considering scattering cross-section using obtained from PandaX-4T direct search experiment.

Solar Neutrinos: Probing the Quasi-isothermal Solar Core Produced by Susy Dark Matter Particles
SNO measurements strongly constrain the central temperature of the Sun, to within a precision of much less than 1%. This result can be used to constrain the parameter space of SUSY dark matter particle candidates. In this first analysis we find a lower limit for the WIMP mass of 60 GeV, well above the WIMP evaporation limit of 10 GeV. Furthermore, in the event that WIMPs create a quasi-isotherm...
متن کاملDark Matter and Solar Neutrinos in Susy
In the Supersymmetric extension of the Standard Model with minimal particle content the three neutrinos can have non trivial masses and mixings, generated at 1 loop due to renormalizable lepton number violating interactions. We show that the resulting mass matrix can provide simultaneously a significant amount of the Dark Matter of the Universe and solve the solar neutrino problem, if the free ...
متن کاملThe Solar Core and Solar Neutrinos
The solar neutrino problem has nagged physicists for over 30 years and, for most of us, has a natural solution in neutrino oscillations, either in vacuo or matter-enhanced (MSW effect). This modification of neutrino properties (with mν <∼ 10−2 eV and mixing ∼ 0.001–1) requires an extension of the Standard Model not detectable in accelerators and consistent with many models of unification. 1 But...
متن کاملSolar Core Homology, Solar Neutrinos, and Helioseismology1
Precise numerical standard solar models (SSMs) now agree with one another and with helioseismological observations in the convective and outer radiative zones. Nevertheless, these models obscure how luminosity, neutrino production, and g-mode core helioseismology depend on such inputs as opacity and nuclear cross sections. Although the Sun is not homologous, its inner core by itself is chemical...
